We had a most wonderful Valentines Day weekend!
Friday: Cousin Kyle watched the kids (the girls loved him!) while Jared and I saw a movie with Heidi and Handsome. It was great to get out and be a person! I embarressed Jared at the movie because I was laughing too loud. Sorry Mister. We finished our date with ice cream at Sub Zero - they freeze cream with liquid nitrogen. The guys weren't thrilled by the ice cream itself. But they liked the liquid nitrogen...boys are silly.Saturday: We gave the girls their "Valentime's:" Glitter scrapbook paper in a few colors for Noodle, Elmo and Abby Caddaby books with Elmo hair pretties for Goob, and tissue paper for Mr. Magoo. :) I got a Willowtree angel, chocolates, and cards from the kids. Mister took the girls shopping earlier in the week for my gift. Sweet, huh?! That night we all vegged together in our jammies watching Incredibles.
Sunday: We stayed home feeling not so swell. But it was a happy day. I cannot honestly remember more than that.
Monday: Drove to SL to buy a welding torch (I think) for Mister. One of the plow guys banged up the blue truck and it's just gotten to the point that Mister needs to be able to fix little things like this himself. Then we stopped at Roberts Crafts because Mister loves me!!!
We decided to drop by my parents house to visit. They're sick too. We stayed quite a while so the kids could get their Grandparent fill. They fed us dinner (thank you!), and it was home for us.
The kids and I woke up this morning sick as can be. None of us are out of our pajamas. I changed all the bedding in the house because we had 1 vommit, 2 baby puke, and 2 pee. Yikes! And here's a little shout-out to my hero: Mom T, you rock. Thank you so much for helping me all morning! I did get another mini nap. :)
